1. GETTING STARTED
1.1. How do I create my Momentic account?
To start using Momentic, tap the Sign Up and enter your email address, or you can continue signing up with Facebook button.
If you register with email, create a username and password, fill out your profile info and then tap Done.
If you register with Facebook, you'll be prompted to log into your Facebook account if you're currently logged out.
Keep in mind, if you sign up with email, make sure you enter your email address correctly and you choose an email address that only you can access.
If you log out and forget your password, you'll need access to your email to get back into your Momentic account.
1.2. How do I update my profile information?
To update your profile information, including your username and the email address associated with your account:
1. Go to your profile in the app,
2. Tap Edit Profile
3. You can edit your name, bio, location, phone number, email, birthday and gender anytime.

1.3. Can I change my username?
Right now, we don’t allow users to change their usernames, so take your time to choose your username. In the future versions we will surely consider adding the option.
2. GETTING FAMILIAR WITH MOMENTIC
1.1. TIMELINE
This is the page where you see your friends’ stories, you can scroll both vertically and horizontally. Like and comment to their stories.
1.2. EXPLORE
You navigate through our infinite pattern design to see new, inspiring stories from all users around the world. You can search for people and stories.
1.3. TELL A STORY
This is where you will tell your story to your friends, followers around the world. You may choose between 2-7 moments to tell a story of yours.
Add your moments together, sort them, pick your theme then tap Publish Your Story.
1.4. ACTIVITY
Activity displays likes and comments on your own stories, and lets you see the stories that your friends are liking and commenting on.
1.5. PROFILE
Profile shows your bio and Momentic stories. It's also where you can edit your profile info and adjust your Account Settings.
3. WHILE USING MOMENTIC
1.1. Blocking people
If some users are harassing you, or you don’t want to see them your stories and interact with you in Momentic, you can block these users.
Go to profile page who you would like to block, in right-up corner there is a option button.
Tap options, in here you can block or report users.
Keep in mind that, the users you have blocked are no longer to interact with you, see your stories and follow you unless you remove your block for that users.
There will be no notification to users that they were blocked by you, but you can still see their stories and profiles unless they block you too.
1.2. Report something
In Momentic app, you can report stories, comments and users.
To report a story:
Tap the option button in right-down corner of story, choose your reason to report that story and write optional description of your report then tap send.
To report a comment:
Slide that comment to the left, tap report icon, choose your reason to report that story and write optional description of your report then tap send.
To report a user:
Go to profile page who you would like to report, in right-up corner there is a option button.
Tap options, in here you can block or report users. Choose your reason to report that user and write optional description of your report then tap send.
There will be no notification to users that they were reported by you.
4. SOMETHING IS NOT WORKING
1.1. I can’t sign up
Tap Sign Up button at login screen, then you need to enter a valid email address, your full name and a valid password to sign up for Momentic.

1.2. I forgot my password
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it through your email address. To reset your password, first tap Forgot? next to Password on the log in screen.
To reset through your email address, tap Username or Email, enter your username or the email address you used to create your account.
Choose Send a Password Reset Email.
If you can't access the email you registered with and you didn't link your Momentic account to Facebook, we're not able to give you access to this account.
1.3. I forgot my username
If you're trying to log into your account but can't remember your username:
Tap Forgot? next to Password on the log in page. Tap Username or Email.
If you don't see your username there, enter your email address and tap Send a Password Reset Email, and we'll send you an email with your username in the greeting. You'll also have to reset your password.
If you're logged into your account, you can find your username at the top of your profile.
1.4. I'm trying to reset my password, but my email address isn't found.
If your email address isn't being found when you try to reset your password, you may have registered with a different email or mistyped your email when registering.
If you're having this issue, try the following:
Tap Forgot? on the login screen, tap Username or Email, enter any possible email addresses you may have registered with and then tap send Send a Password
Reset Email.
Unfortunately, if you can't access the email account you registered with and didn't link your Momentic accounts, we're unable to give you access to the account.
1.5. I'm not receiving the password reset email.
If you're not receiving the password reset email, it's possible that the email is going in your spam filter or that you mistyped your email when first signing up for Momentic. To get your password reset email, try:
- Checking your spam filter
- Getting in touch with your email service provider to make sure that you're able to get emails from the @momentic.me domain
- If you mistyped your email address when signing up for your account, we're not able to give you access to this account.
1.6. I'm receiving a password reset email for the wrong Momentic account.
An email address can only be registered to a single Momentic account. If you're receiving a password reset email for the wrong account, it's likely that the account you're trying to log into was registered with a different email address.
If you mistyped your email address when registering, we're unable to recover your account. Learn more about creating a new Momentic account.
1.7. I'm receiving the password reset emails but I still can't log in.
You might want to try sending yourself a password reset email again since the links in those emails are time-sensitive. If you don't use the link within a certain amount of time, that particular link may no longer work.
If you're copying the reset link or your newly reset password, make sure you haven't copied any extra spaces before pasting it into your browser or the login fields.
1.8. I've lost access to the email I used when I signed up.
If you lost access to the email address you used to sign up for Momentic, you can change the email address associated with your account.
If you can't log into Momentic because you forgot your password and can't access the email address you used to sign up, please get in touch with your email service provider to get access to that email.
If you've forgotten your password and lost access to your email account, we're unable to release the Momentic account to you. This includes accounts registered with mistyped email addresses.
We understand this can be frustrating, but this policy is meant to make sure Momentic accounts don't fall into the wrong hands.
1.9. My account has been disabled.
If your Momentic account was disabled, you’ll see a message telling you when you try to log in. Accounts that don't follow our Community Guidelines or Terms of Use may be disabled without warning. We suggest that you review the Community Guidelines carefully along with the posts on all accounts you've created.
If you think your account was disabled by mistake, you may be able to appeal the decision by opening the app, entering your username and password and following the on - screen instructions.
If you don’t see a disabled message, you may be experiencing a login issue. If your account was deleted by you or someone with your password, there's no way to restore it. You can create a new account with the same email address you used before, but you may not be able to get the same username.
